TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Educational outcomes or results from using generated lesson plans
• Costs of substitute services or procurement of alternative services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Issues related to third-party services, including the Google Gemini API

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months (currently $0).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must review, modify, and verify all content for accuracy and appropriateness
• You are professionally responsible for all content used in educational settings
• The Service does not replace professional judgment or educational expertise

• Student safety, well-being, and educational quality are your responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bi-Script and the Lesson Plan Generator, including our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms of Use; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any harm caused by lesson plans you created using the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
